03Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed are in euros and inclusive of applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed using one of the accepted payment methods presented at checkout prior to order dispatch.
04Delivery
Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary based on product availability and destination. Kenmore Netherlands is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

06Limitation of Liability
Kenmore Netherlands shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
07Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
