Returns & Refunds
This policy sets out the formal terms governing product returns and refunds for orders placed with Kenmore Netherlands, in accordance with Dutch and European consumer protection law.
01Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us within this period via support@kenmore.nl.
02Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation
- A valid proof of purchase must be included with the return
03Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the above conditions, the corresponding refund will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method used for the purchase.
04Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
05Exclusions
Products that have been custom-made to customer specifications, or that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
